Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $3,070 per week

Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in Med Surg / Telemetry units, including management of drips on all floors
- Float within scope to meet facility needs, including potential assignment at Bellevue campus
- Work assigned weekend shifts (4 out of 8 possible in a 4-week period: Saturday/Sunday days or Friday/Saturday nights)
- Work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving: W/Th/F; Christmas: 24/25/26; New Year’s: 31/1/1)
- Use EPIC charting system
- Collaborate with care teams including CNAs, care techs, transport team, swoop/paramedics, and LPNs (where assigned)
Units may include, but are not limited to: 4CS, 5 West, 6 Neuro, 4/5 Lied, 6/7 Lied, 7 HVU, 8 Werner, 9 Trauma, Bellevue MS, Observation, SOTU.
Requirements
- BLS certification required; ACLS strongly preferred
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience in a large, urban hospital
- Experience at a Level I Academic Medical Center (required for first-time travelers)
- Must be located more than 100 miles from facility (no locals accepted)
- Pending license accepted, but must be in hand at submission for immediate start; otherwise booked six weeks out
- Mandatory Steele gray scrubs with Nebraska Medicine logo (information provided upon confirmation)

Pay
36 or 48-hour option available with 13 or 26-week contract.
Schedule
- 12-hour day shifts
- 48 hours per week
- RTO (Requested Time Off) restrictions: Up to two weeks permitted; must be submitted with application; additional requests at manager discretion
- Parking options: $55/month permit or $3 daily rate for 20 hours
