Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $2,775 per week

Job Summary

Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) Nurse in the healthcare setting. This position involves providing care to adult patients with a focus on medical-surgical and telemetry monitoring. The role requires clinical expertise, adaptability, and adherence to hospital protocols.

Requirements

• Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA (American Heart Association)
• 2+ years of experience
• Must be open to floating to Addison Gilbert Hospital as needed
• Must be separated from the organization for 6+ months to be considered
• Will accept pending licensure at time of submission
• EPIC electronic medical record system experience is required

Schedule

• 12-hour night shifts, every other weekend
• Minimum of 36 hours per week

Additional Details

• Day one pass/fail test will be administered upon arrival at orientation (one attempt only)
• Two attempts to pass the Relias testing during onboarding to prepare for onsite testing
