Prime Time Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN specializing in Med Surg / Telemetry for a 13-week assignment in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in a Med Surg / Telemetry setting
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
- Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with other healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Wisconsin
- Current BLS certification
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of recent acute care experience
- Experience in Med Surg / Telemetry preferred
