- Night shift: 3x12 hour shifts, 7pm‑7:30am (must be either Fri/Sat/Sun or Sat/Sun/Mon; Sun/Mon/Tues and Thur/Fri/Sat not considered)
- Minimum of 18 months permanent ICU experience required
- Active Ohio license or active compact state license in hand
- AHA BLS & ACLS certification required
