Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $2,400 per week

Job Summary

This position involves providing individualized nursing care within a busy acute care environment. The RN will collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient assessments, coordinated care, and health education across various patient populations.

Job Details

• Responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to deliver patient-centered care.
• Responsible for care planning, patient education, triage, and implementation of nursing interventions.
• Practices within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act and organizational policies, promoting patient safety and positive outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
• ACLS and BLS Certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including every other weekend and holiday.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in medical-surgical units with telemetry.
