About the role
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) RN position in Biddeford, Maine. This role involves providing acute inpatient care to patients with medical-surgical and cardiac needs within a telemetry unit. The position requires delivering quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, with shifts primarily scheduled during nights.
The role supports the MS4 Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit with responsibilities aligned to an acute inpatient care setting, focusing on cardiac and general medical-surgical patient needs.
Must have experience with cardiac care, telemetry monitoring, and acute inpatient care. Call shift in 8-week block, with every other weekend required. General attire is scrubs with any color, avoiding hoodies and earbuds.
Responsibilities
- Provide acute inpatient care to patients with medical-surgical and cardiac needs within a telemetry unit
Requirements
- Certifications in BLS (required) and ACLS (preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a licensed RN
- Education relevant to the role
- Experience with cardiac care and telemetry monitoring
Schedule
- Nights shift, 12 hours per shift
- Minimum of 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend required
