Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Mayfield Heights, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Provides direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Assesses patients’ physical, psychological, and social needs.
- Develops and implements individualized care plans based on assessment findings.
- Monitors patients’ responses to treatment and reports significant changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Documents patient care activities accurately and timely.
Requirements
