Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $2,290 per week

About the role

Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) in a 34‑bed unit specializing in primary stroke and telemedicine. The position involves floating to other units and occasional charge nurse responsibilities, supporting a team‑based care environment while adhering to hospital protocols and focusing on patient‑centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care on a 34‑bed Med Surg/Telemetry unit with a focus on primary stroke and telemedicine.
• Float to other units as needed.
• Assume charge nurse duties on occasion.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver patient‑centered care.
• Follow hospital protocols and documentation requirements.

Requirements

• Valid state RN license.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
• NIH (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Minimum 0 years of nursing experience.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience working in a stroke and telemetry unit.

Schedule

Days shift, 12‑hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week. Assignment length: 13 weeks starting 10/04/2026.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
