Requirements
- Active, unrestricted RN License
- ADN/ASN required (BSN preferred)
- BLS Certification
- Previous Ortho, Neuro, or Telemetry experience preferred
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing reassessments
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly
- Educate patients and families on treatments and discharge plans
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Delegate and supervise patient care activities appropriately
- Maintain accurate documentation and support quality improvement initiatives
