Job Summary

Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) providing patient care on Skilled Nursing units, with responsibilities including medication administration, patient education, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. The role requires flexibility to float to other inpatient units as needed and includes working days shifts.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process in patient care delivery
• Document care accurately
• Participate in performance improvement activities
• Support patient safety and experience through critical thinking and escalation when necessary

Qualifications

• Required: Valid Wisconsin Nursing License, current CPR certification, education verification
• Preferred: Experience in Medical-Surgical units with telemetry

Schedule

• 12-hour day shifts from 06:30 to 19:00
• Minimum of 36 hours per week
• Every third weekend and holiday rotation
