Travel nursing position for a Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) nurse located in Morrisville, Vermont. This role involves providing patient care in a healthcare facility, focusing on medical surgical and telemetry units. The position is scheduled for daytime shifts with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Schedule
- 12-hour day shifts
- Minimum 36 hours per week
- Float rotation may be required
Responsibilities
- Provide care for adult patients with a variety of medical surgical conditions
- Utilize electronic medical records of the Evident type
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant certification valid in Vermont
- Associate Degree in Nursing or higher
- Active or eligible RN license in Vermont
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical surgical and telemetry nursing
- Experience with electronic medical records (Evident type required)
