Requirements

• 2 years of experience as an RN
• Must have previous travel experience
• Qualified applicants MUST have at least 2 years of stroke experience
• Valid Registered Nursing license
• Be willing to obtain MD or compact state licensure

Responsibilities

• Manage daily patient assignments by appropriately setting priorities
• Monitor patient conditions and administer treatments
• Document outcomes
• Anticipate intervention needs
• Formulate nursing diagnoses
• Career with patients, families, and team members
• When competent, serve as a charge RN to monitor productivity and patient flow
