Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $1,910 per week

GTT Healthcare Staffing Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing assignment in Maryville, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Provide step‑down care from ICU (no vents or pressor support)
• Administer drips including heparin, cardizem, amiodarone, sotolol initiation
• Monitor telemetry patients
• Float to other like units as needed
• Provide weekend coverage (every other weekend, subject to change)

Requirements

• Current ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications
• Valid Tennessee RN license
• Minimum 1 year of EPIC experience
