Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $1,900 per week

About the role

Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) registered nurse position available in the healthcare facility. This role involves providing care primarily on the 4 South Cardiac unit, with occasional floating to various Med-Surg units such as Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Respiratory, Observation, and Emergency Department/Med-Surg boarders. The selected candidate will work day shifts from 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., with a schedule of 36 hours per week and every other weekend required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care primarily on the 4 South Cardiac unit.
• Float to various Med-Surg units including Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Respiratory, Observation, and Emergency Department/Med-Surg boarders as needed.
• Work day shifts (7 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.) on a 36‑hour weekly schedule.
• Work every other weekend; no call requirement.

Qualifications

• Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
• Current Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) proficiency (refresher classes or 1:1 sitting are not options).
• Minimum 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience.
• Ability to read Telemetry (competency testing on day one).

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Day shift, 12‑hour shifts, 36 hours per week; every other weekend required. Start date: 11/16/2026; end date: 02/15/2027.
