Responsibilities

• Provide care for primarily adult patients before and after surgical procedures and for those receiving pharmaceutical management of illness.
• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment and post‑surgical care.
• Assess changes in patient health status and perform various treatments.
• Administer medication.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of medication and treatment administration to ensure continuity of care among nursing staff, physicians, and the treatment team.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum eighteen months of recent experience in an acute care Med/Surg setting.
