Travel nurse RN Med Surg position at Carlsbad Medical Center in Carlsbad, New Mexico. Assignment duration is 13 weeks, 48 hours per week, night shift (12‑hour shifts, 6:30 p.m.–7:00 a.m.). Employment type is travel. Scrub color: any color.

Responsibilities

• Provide care on a General Medical‑Surgical Inpatient Nursing Unit.
• Maintain patient ratio of 1:6.
• Float as required and participate in call.
• Use MedHost EMR for documentation.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Minimum 2+ years of Med‑Surg experience.
• Current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Specialty: Med Surg.
• Discipline: RN.

Skills

• Proficiency with MedHost EMR.
• Ability to work nights, 12‑hour shifts, floating and call.

Schedule

48 hours per week, night shift (6:30 p.m.–7:00 a.m.), 12‑hour shifts. Blocked scheduling may be accommodated if noted in the submission.
