Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,443 per week

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment. This role requires competency in delivering care to a primarily adult population. The position aligns with the ANA Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice, 2nd Edition (2010).

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
• Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice acquired through completion of a minimum of two years of education at an accredited School of Nursing.
• Associate’s degree in nursing.
• Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact).
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA-approved equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of experience in Medical Surgical nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing.

• Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
• Subject to tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
