Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,355 per week

This position involves providing high-quality patient care on a busy medical-surgical unit at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas. The role requires a compassionate and outgoing team player dedicated to supporting patient recovery and comfort in a dynamic hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide acute care nursing services in a Medical Surgical/Surgical Services unit with a 34-bed capacity
• Support a team of 50 staff members

Required Qualifications

• Kansas RN license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• At least 1 year of current acute care hospital Med/Surg or Orthopedic experience
• Flexible schedule working days from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., minimum of 36 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with traction, spine, hip, joint precautions
• Advanced life support certifications such as ACLS
