About the Role

AMN Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a 15-week assignment in Minot, North Dakota. This position offers 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts available during days, evenings, or nights.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients with acute medical conditions or recovering from surgery
• Monitor vital signs and administer medications
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems

Requirements

• Active RN license for the state (Compact accepted)
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• 1 reference from entire work history

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of medical-surgical nursing experience
• Previous travel nursing experience
• Strong assessment skills
