Prime Time Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Akron, Ohio.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: Med SurgDiscipline: RNDuration: 13 weeks36 hours per weekShift: 12 hours, nightsEmployment Type: TravelMed/Surg RN — Respiratory / Trach & Chronic VentUnit: 28-bed respiratory-focused Med/Surg unit caring for trach and chronic ventilator patients.Ratios: 1:5–6; fast-paced environment.Experience: 2+ years of recent Med/Surg experience with trach/chronic vent patients.Phlebotomy: 2+ years of recent blood-draw experience required.EMR: Epic and phlebotomy experience within the past 12 months must be listed on the resume to be considered.Certification: BLS required.Education: Nursing degree from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited program.Floating: Required.Weekends: Every other weekend required.Scrubs: Solid black.Strong fit: Nurses with LTACH experience.Scheduling restrictionsRTO due at submission; 7 days maximum.No RTO during the first two weeks.More than 7 days of RTO or a block schedule request results in automatic rejection.
