Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,240 per week

Job Summary

The facility is seeking qualified Medical Surgical Registered Nurses (RN) for a travel assignment in Sierra Vista, Arizona. This position involves providing patient care on a Medical Surgical floor, supporting geriatric and adult patient populations with occasional pediatric cases. The role offers an opportunity to work in a modern, 34-bed unit with a focus on general medical and surgical care, requiring flexibility and a team-oriented approach.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Healthcare experience required; 1 year of experience recommended; active RN licenses; ACLS and BLS certifications (core staff have PALS); location in Arizona; candidates must have less than 1 year of experience listed, but 1 year is recommended for travel assignments
• Preferred Qualifications: Telemetry experience preferred
• Float: Float rotation may be required

Additional Information

• Position involves caring for geriatric and adult patients, with occasional pediatric cases not assigned to the traveler
• Must be flexible and willing to assist across different areas as needed
• Unit equipped with alaris pumps, sequential compression devices (SCD) machines, feeding tubes, tele monitors, etc.
• Electronic health record system used is Cerner
• Candidates must be able to work weekends occasionally (same hours 7a-7p/7p-7a)

Pay Package
