Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,235 per week

About the role

Medical Surgical Floor Nurse in the Wisconsin region. This role involves providing care on all medical and surgical units within the organization, with responsibilities including floating across units and potentially to other facilities as needed. The position offers an opportunity to work evenings during 12-hour night shifts on a 17-week contract.

Responsibilities

• Float to all Medical/Surgical (M/S) units as part of the Clinical Resource Team (CRT), providing patient care across various units.
• Potentially float to other facilities as needed.
• Provide care in areas such as Cardiac, Neuro, Stroke, Post-Procedure Care, and Pacemaker management.
• Maintain comfort floating between units and facilities, adapting to patient care needs.

Requirements

• WI Registered Nurse (RN) License
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Associate Degree or Certificate in nursing
• Healthcare provider location within the state
• Minimum of 3+ years of nursing experience, including 2+ years of Medical/Surgical experience
• At least 1 travel contract experience

Schedule

• Nights shift, 12 hours per shift
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Schedule provided biweekly
