About the role
VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a Hospital contract at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas. The position will start on September 7, 2026, last for 13 weeks, and work 36 hours per week, with a 12-hour shift from 7 PM to 7 AM.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive Med/Surg nursing care to oncology and general surgery patients.
- Administer chemotherapy and other medications following protocol and safety guidelines.
- Monitor patient vital signs and assess patient conditions during your shift.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech EMR system.
- Support a positive team environment and adhere to unit policies and procedures.
