Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,090 per week

Job Description & Requirements

Fusion Medical Staffing is recruiting a Med Surg RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Kearney, Nebraska. The position offers 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, and starts immediately.

• One year of recent Med Surg RN experience
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification

Required Qualifications

• One year of recent Med Surg RN experience
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• NIHSS certification
• ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification

Essential Work Functions

• Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' conditions
• Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment
• Document comprehensive patient information
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Manage multiple patients efficiently
• Advocate for patients' needs
• Perform other duties as assigned
