• Registered Nurse, MS Certifications: ACLS(Copy needed); BLS(Copy needed); CERT-NIH Stroke Scale(Copy needed)
• SSN Required
• DOB Required
• References: 1 Reference in entire work history
• 1 year of Level 1 or Level ll experience
• - Post-surgical drains
• - Central line care/maintenance
• - Foley insertion
• - G tubes/J tubes/NG tubes/PEG tubes
• - IV medication administration/IV push
• - Wound care
• - O2 therapy
