About the role

As a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse, you will manage a diverse patient population, including post-operative, orthopedic, neurological, and general medical cases. The facility offers a supportive environment with 52 private rooms and 24/7 access to respiratory therapy and pharmacy services. You may float to other medical-surgical units as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care to post-operative, orthopedic, neurological, and general medical patients
• Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as Sunrise
• Float to other medical-surgical units as required

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (copy required)
• Two years of recent medical-surgical nursing experience
• SSN and date of birth required
• Two professional references from the last 12 months

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification

Pay

Pay Rate: $2,035.00 - $2,139.00 per week (based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, subject to confirmation)
