Medical Surgical Nurse in Winchester, Tennessee. This position involves providing high-quality nursing care within a busy medical surgical unit at a general acute care facility. The role requires experience with Meditech electronic health record systems and the ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients of all ages with a variety of diagnoses and treatments in a medical surgical unit.
• Utilize Meditech electronic health record system for documentation and patient management.
• Adapt quickly to a fast-paced, acute care environment.
• Support care across ICU, emergency room, radiology, and surgical services as needed.

Requirements

• Active RN licensure in the state of Tennessee.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in medical surgical nursing.
• Proven experience with Meditech electronic health records.
• Must have all required certifications prior to start date.

Schedule

• Day shift, 12‑hour shifts.
• Minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Weekly orientation held on Mondays.
