Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,006 per week

About the role

A small, western hospitality hospital in West Oklahoma is seeking 1 day shift and 2 night shift MedSurg RNs.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients in the acute med-surg floor and senior care unit.
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
• Perform patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and team meetings.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

• Current licensure as an RN in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in med-surg setting preferred but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• At least 1 year of recent relevant experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills.
