About the role
The organization is seeking a Medical Surgical (MS) registered nurse for a full-time travel position on the Medical Surgical Floor in a healthcare facility located in Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas. The role involves providing direct patient care in a medical-surgical setting, with an emphasis on patient safety, assessment, and treatment.
Schedule
- 12-hour day shifts
- Guaranteed 36 hours per week
- Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6
- Meditech electronic health records
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical setting
- Perform patient assessments and treatments
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
- Manage a typical patient load in a fast-paced hospital environment
Requirements
- Valid nursing license
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- 0-2+ years of experience
- Stable work history
- Ability to work the assigned schedule and adapt to the clinical environment
