Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $1,870 per week

About the role
This position involves providing compassionate and skilled patient care on a 27-30 bed Medical Surgical unit, with a focus on orthopedics, general surgeries, GI issues, renal, oncology, and medical patients. The role requires independent practice within a fast-paced environment, supporting patient recovery and safety.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care
- Assist with post-operative recovery
- Ensure patient safety
- Manage telemetry, general and ortho post-op care
- Administer Heparin drips and blood products
Float rotation may be required.
Requirements
- BLS certification
- NIHSS certification
- 3 years of experience as an RN in Med/Surg
- Epic EMR experience
- Previous travel Med/Surg experience
Prior to the first day, candidates must complete CBTs and may test out of Epic education based on prior experience.

Pay
Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Nights, 1800–0630, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
