Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $1,841 per week
VyTalent Solutions is seeking a Med Surg Registered Nurse for a travel nursing assignment in Englewood, Colorado.
About the Role
This is a 13-week contract position at a hospital, with a start date as soon as possible. The role offers 36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:00.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to med/surg patients on a busy hospital unit.
- Monitor patient vital signs and assess patient conditions regularly.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient information accurately in the Electronic Medical Record (Meditech).
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Assist in wound and dressing care, including wound vacs and post-op burn patients.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols.
- Use typical equipment such as Hoyer lifts, air taps, and PCA.
