Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on medical needs.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless patient care coordination.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Requirements

• 1 year of RN experience.
• 12 months of experience in area of specialty within the last 12 months.
• Active RN Licensure.
• BLS certification required.
