Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in the med-surg unit
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to medical emergencies
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety procedures
