Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $1,729 per week
About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality patient care in various medical settings, ensuring adherence to established standards of nursing practice. The RN will be responsible for conducting comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations, administering medications and treatments as prescribed, developing and implementing individualized care plans, monitoring and documenting patient progress and changes in condition, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and changes in condition.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate optimal patient care.
Requirements
- Valid RN license.
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- BLS certification required.
Qualifications
This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule 3 × 12-hour shifts per week, with a night shift from 18:30 to 07:00. Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and more. Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
