• Patient Ratios: 6 pts 1:3 couplets
• Type of equipment: EMR - CPN
• Typical hiring profile: Mother/Baby experience, NICU/postpartum experience
• Skill Set: M/B care; LC support; Phototherapy, blood sugar checks, IV abx
