Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Manager for a travel nursing job in Salinas, California.
Responsibilities
- Manage nursing staff and ensure patient safety and quality care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to new nurses.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
- Licensure: State of California Registered Nurse license required.
- Certification: Current BLS/AHA, ACLS/AHA, PALS required.
- Experience/Knowledge: Three (3) years of clinical nursing experience related to clinical area of specialization as required by department, including one (1) year of management, supervisory or leadership experience.
Qualifications
- Current BLS/AHA, ACLS/AHA, PALS required.
Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
