The organization is seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee the RN (Registered Nurse) unit. This position involves clinical management and administrative coordination of a designated patient care area, supporting organizational goals and ensuring quality patient care standards are maintained. The Nurse Manager works as a resource for staff, supervises operations during assigned shifts, and facilitates staff development and patient-centered care.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shift with 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university;
• RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure And/Or Compact State Licensure;
• Two (2) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare policy formulation, process improvement, leadership, and knowledge of current healthcare theories and practices.

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
