Travel Nurse RN - Long Term Care (LTC) Long Term Care - $756 per week

GrapeTree Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for a position in Long Term Care (LTC) at Grape Tree Medical Hospital in Albert Lea, Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assess patients' needs and develop care plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure as an RN in the state of Minnesota.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience in Long Term Care setting preferred.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Pass a drug screening.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Long Term Care protocols and standards.

Pay
