Travel Nurse RN - Long Term Care (LTC) Long Term Care - $2,250 per week

Schedule

Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Valid BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 2 years experience in long-term care
• Prior travel experience
• Floating required
• Willing to work with dementia patients
• Location in Berlin, Vermont

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with dementia populations
• Prior long-term care experience

Additional Information

• IVS to OFFER Schedule is Monday to Sunday with no block scheduling
• Bi-weekly orientations on Monday; next available orientation is soon
• All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained
• Complete work history information, including bed count, electronic medical records, and facility type, is mandatory for submission
• Reliable transportation is strongly recommended; personal or rental vehicles with all-season or snow tires are advised during November to April
• Travelers must read their contracts carefully and understand the importance of working their assigned hours
• Pre-planned time off requests must be communicated upfront, as requests cannot be honored once the assignment begins
