Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Long Term Care (LTC) position in Canby, Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assess and document resident needs and progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Perform basic diagnostic tests and treatments.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of living areas.
• Document all activities and observations accurately and timely.

Requirements

• MUST have recent 1-2 years of LTC experience within the past 2 yeras going back from today's date in order to qualify for this position.
• Internal Job Description Must have active MN license to apply - Local rates apply within 80 miles - No Charge Differential - No on call or call back available or billable - Agency must have active MN SNSA registration GSS - Sylvan Court | RN - # beds: 43 - Ratios: varies - 2 story facility - EMR: Matrix/Paper Flowsheet - IV-C Required for LPNs?: No, no IV care - Weekend requirement: Every other - Holidays: Every other - Shifts (8s or 12s): primarily 8's but willing to do 12s - Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Primarily dementia

Qualifications

• Active MN license to apply.
• Must have recent 1-2 years of LTC experience within the past 2 yeras going back from today's date in order to qualify for this position.

Skills

• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR).
