Travel Nurse RN - Long Term Care (LTC) Long Term Care - $2,055 per week

Job Summary

This role involves providing compassionate and comprehensive nursing care within a long-term care setting. The RN is responsible for patient assessments, care planning, and supervision of nursing staff, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Performing nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Documenting patient care accurately and timely
• Participating in patient rehabilitation programs
• Initiating discharge planning
• Providing effective communication among care team members
• Directing and training ancillary nursing personnel
• Delegating appropriate tasks
• Assuming charge responsibilities following orientation

Requirements

• Certifications: BLS Certification required prior to first shift; ACLS required prior to first shift (CIRH only)
• Education and Experience: Minimum two (2) years bedside clinical experience; experience in PCU or stepdown units highly desired; minimum one year of experience
