Travel Nurse RN - Long Term Care (LTC) Long Term Care - $1,935 per week

About the role

TotalMed is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel nursing opening in Plymouth, WI, in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly
• Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs in daily care activities
• Provide wound care, catheter care, and other skilled nursing procedures
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and social workers
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in care plan meetings and family conferences
• Document nursing care and resident progress accurately and timely
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as an RN in a Long-Term Care setting
• Current BLS certification
• Eligible for State licensure
• Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment

Schedule

• 8-week duration
• 40 hours per week
• 8-hour evening shifts
