About the role
Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Long Term Care (LTC) position in West Union, Iowa.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assess and document resident needs and progress.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and facility policies.
Requirements
- MUST have 1-2 recent years of LTC/SNF experience within the past 2 years going back from today's date in order to qualify for this position.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Iowa.
- Current BLS certification.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with long-term care and skilled nursing facilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
