Responsibilities
- Provide extended care to patients living with disabilities or suffering from progressive or chronic illnesses, often working with the elderly and others who need assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing and dressing
- Record vital signs and administer medications
- Complete assignments made by physicians
- Provide routine treatment
- Assess changes in the patient's health status and perform various treatments
- Administer medication
- Maintain meticulous documentation of medication and treatment administration to ensure continuity of care between nursing staff, physicians, and other treatment team members
Requirements
- Active RN License or Active LPN License
- Degree from an accredited nursing program
- BLS Certification
- Eighteen months of recent experience in a Long-Term care setting
- Other requirements as determined by the client facility

Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Weekly payment estimates are intended for informational purposes only and include a gross estimate of hourly wages and reimbursements for meal, incidental, and housing expenses.
