About the role
Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Long Term Care (LTC) position in Alma, Nebraska.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assess and document resident needs and progress.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop and implement care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of living areas.
- Document all activities and observations accurately and timely.
Requirements
- MUST have recent 1-2 years of LTC experience in the past 2 years going back from today's date in order to qualify for this position.
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Nebraska.
- BLS certification required.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of long-term care practices and protocols.
