About the role

Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care (LTC) for a 13-week assignment starting August 31, 2026, in Bottineau, North Dakota.

Responsibilities

• Typical ratios of 2 nurses (typically 1 LPN-12 hour shift and 1 certified medication aide-10 hour shift) per 48 residents
• One RN unit manager present during the day 8-10 hour shift
• Use of EMR: PCC
• Weekend and holiday requirements every other time
• Shifts available as 8-hour or 12-hour shifts
• Treatment of patients with conditions such as dementia, heart disease, COPD, CKD, and depression

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of recent LTC experience within the past 2 years

Qualifications

• Current licensure to practice as an RN in the state of North Dakota
• Current BLS certification

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience with long-term care settings
