Travel Nurse RN - Long Term Care - $2,728 per week

Prime Time Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Paonia, Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed.
• Document patient care in accordance with facility policies and regulations.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current state RN license.
• At least one year of recent acute care experience preferred.
• Experience in long-term care setting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends and evenings.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of long-term care protocols and procedures.
