Schedule
- 8-hour Evening Shift, 2:15 PM – 10:30 PM
- 40 hours per week, 32/40-hour rotation
- Every Other Weekend (EOW) required
- Orientation: 8/11 at 9:30 AM
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
- Assess and monitor residents' health conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medical records.
- Communicate changes in residents' conditions to physicians and the healthcare team.
- Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff as needed.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in residents' conditions.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and quality-of-care standards.
