Seeking a travel nurse RN for a 13-week assignment in Long Term Care at a facility in Richland Center, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients
- Assist with daily living activities
- Maintain patient records and medication administration
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current state RN license
- At least one year of acute care experience preferred
