Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Long Term Care position in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed.
• Document resident care in accordance with facility policies and regulations.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care plans.

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience in long-term care setting preferred.
• Knowledge of long-term care standards and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Current CPR certification required.
